Hello All,

As a Canadian relocated to NZ I was excited to learn making your own shine was legal down here. Read a lot on this site to get started and waiting for my first TPW to finish to run it through my Copperhead Pot still. Tons of amazing info on here and excited to get deep into this hobby!
