last one i did was 2.5lbs of sugar for every lb of moleasses. (16lbs a gallon for moleass i think? so about 40lbs of sugar per gallon) plus some daily vitamins and a big over pitch of yeast.
anyway, it made a really nice rum flavour. And a very clean spirit. wasn't too worried about sugar bite because it's rum and it was destined for barreling anyway i figgered time would put out the fire in it. It was pretty decent fresh off the spout tho. 2 distillations, stripper/spirit.

resting quietly in some oak barrels right now.
I finally quit drinking for good.

now i drink for evil.

Crap thats a good price. I'd say the "now what?" is to tell us where you found such a good deal.

Assuming that's not a 10g bucket, as it would be more than 100lb!

I usually use buc Bob's.

Thats 37 liters ........good buying at $30
Seems the Canadian dollar is close to ours. A$ 10 AUD = C$ 9.50 CAD
To get cheaper than $1 per Liter I need to buy 200L or 44 imp gal at a time. Buying it that way I get it at $115 for 200L.
