Hi, here someone from Italy

Post by Bran »

Hi everyone,
a greeting from sunny Italy.
New on this site, new about the subject, maybe not really new for age.
The idea is to try playing with marc and fruit to make brandy or other spirits.
I searched a lot on the internet, I also have my own idea of how it can be the ideal "distiller": an innovative but too expensive and complex machine for a beginner.
I will try on the site cues for a self-built appliance but with all the necessary controls to obtain a well refined product.
Thank you so far for the ideas that I will certainly find in your previous interventions.

I was walking on that bridge in your avatar a couple months ago.
Ponte Vecchio bridge in Bassano del Grappa; small world isnt it? Long Damway from Appalachia.
You from there, you should know Everything.
