Easy way to add a heating element to a kettle/keggle

Bobby at brewhardware.com has a 1.5" pull-through-flaring tool or a 2" pull-through-flaring tool that can be used with silver solder and the appropriate ferrule, as well as a bunch of 120 and 240 VAC low watt density heating elements that are already outfitted with 1.5" tri-clamp fittings.
I've used a bunch of his stuff, and it just works.
