Hello, I have 6 gallons hard cider I made a year ago. Racked a few times. No sugar just apples. 100% natural apples we had pressed and a couple of all nat organic concentrates here and there. So was thinking about trying vinegar but evidently it’s too alcoholic. So thinking about running through 100% copper pot still. I am reading conflicting things that copper isn’t good for this? Any ideas? Is all copper poisonous?
