Macerated Neutral for a week with Vanilla pod

Well I did order Vanilla beans (Tahitian from papua new-guinea) they smell awesome and are wonderful 6" pieces. I macerated them in two bottles of neutral with a pod each and just tasted now! It tastes awesome, not an overpowering taste, but a nice subtle taste that just makes it smoother to sip and enjoy, no regrets about this choice.

I must say, I appreciate so very much all your replies, inputs and sharing your knowledge with me and the others. Even if sometimes I don't seem to appreciate certain inputs, with hindsight I learn that this is to make sure that what I input is correct and thoroughly verified.
