Hi everyone, I've been thinking about getting into this hobby for ages and over the next little while I'm looking forward to making this dream a reality. I'm particularly keen on making fruit brandies - schnaps, slivovitz etc.

This is a great forum with a wealth of available knowledge. Thanks to everyone for putting all of this information together over the years.

Welcome aboard. There are a fair few Victorians here already.....at least one of them makes a fair bit of Slivovitz.
