Triple elements on a 110 litre boiler

Im sure it has been covered somewhere that i cant find by searching, so forgive me if im asking an old question.
I am just placing an order for a 110 litre (30 gal) boiler which has 3 element ports and im wondering just how much power is to much for heatup? And is there a benifit to having 3 elements all on seperate controllers to increase initial heatup speed at low power to all 3 elements before dialing the power up?
I am spending alot of money on a new setup so wanting to make everything as time efficient as possible
