Mini 8ltr still flavours

Hello, im experienced in building and running my 50ltr still with good effects, but now i have purchased a smaller 8ltr pot still that i would like to test some recipes and creative flavour ideas before i upscale them

I was thinking to start with 40% nuetral spirit and infuse some flavours like molasses, cinnamon, orange, just have a mess about really.

So has any one else tried this, have any good recipe designs, ran 40% through these little stills?
