Hi all

Just wanted to introduce myself. Situated in the cold north ( europe ) where home distilling = jail time
I am a novice - but do make alot of neutral / vodka - great for making " snaps ", "aquavit" and similar.

Have made gin for the first time about a month ago and tasted yesterday - wow a change over 5-6 weeks. Need to understand the process better :)
Next stop gotta be whiskey and rum, but need some other equipment I guess

It's disappointing to see mankind subject to ridiculous distilling
prohibitions & punishment, so please be careful, noooze.

Good luck acquiring the equipment you need, and in the meantime
check out our Tried & True Recipes for some captivating concoctions.
