I followed the advise here and wound myself a coil copper condenser - Went okay - bit of difficulty and wasted pipe getting use to the process but am happy with the final product
I do however have three questions:
1. Having some issues however removing the paper used to space the inner and outer coils. I've tried soaking it in a sodium hydroxide solution and then blowing out with compressed air but to no avail. Is there anything i can use to completely dissolve it? I think its cotton paper.
2. what is the best way of attaching it to my 54mm end cap before it slots into the top of my still (for VM)?
3. Planning on using first a speed fit 6mm to 3/4 fitting and then a 15mmx15mmx3/4 washing machine T to connect this up to distilate condenser cooling water system - Does this make sense?
Thanks!!
