Covid special buckwheated bourbon

Anyway, here's what I'm up to now:

In a 15 gallon barrel, I put:
30 pounds flaked corn
10 pounds 6 row malt
5 pounds cracked buckwheat
150g of angel koji yeast, blue pack

Put this all into 90 degrees water. It's bubbling away within 30 mins.

This is batch two. I stripped the first one just yesterday
