Interesting Side by Side Mash Comparison - BW and UJSSM

Hello folks. I have two mashes going at the moment- Birdwatchers and UJSSM. The BW is two days older and will be used as a sac run. The UJSSM is the first “sweet” batch of that 5 or 6 run.
I checked the mashes today. SG steady drop, check. Temperature is Goldilocks.
What was interesting is the actions of the mashes. The BW had bubbles popping off the surface like right after a sprite or 7-Up is poured into a glass. The UJSSM mash was rolling, like a spoon was stirring it from underneath. Really cool.
