Hi everyone,

Thanks for accepting me on board. I come from southern New South Wales, Australia and just want to say what a fantastic resource the HD site is for newbies and more experienced distillers alike. I have a 20L urn still with reflux and pot still attachments, and have had run lots of vodka runs and a few bourbon runs over 20 odd years, and keen to have a crack at a single malt.
Really looking forward to getting involved and learn more from you guys!
