Hi Everyone,
It's great to see that Home Distiller is still around helping people. I'm back to the hobby after an 11 year lapse and have forgotten almost everything about distilling (could that have something to do with consuming a lot of alcohol over the years
or simply due to increasing age 
??). Anyways years ago I built a pot still with a shotgun condenser that I used for rum and which is now on permanent loan to a friend. I also built a vapor management still which I have never used. I pulled that out this morning and am trying to puzzle out how to use it. I also may have to modify it since my goal is to make a nice gin. So I'll soon be posting on one of the other Home Distiller forums for advice. Looking forwards to distilling again!
