I wanted to just say that although I am a big spirits fan and enjoy drinks with friends (currently in the socially distant fashion) the biggest driver for me getting into the hobby is the lack of access to sanitizer. Its one thing to be a "prepper"; its something else to be ensuring access to a life/safety item during an active pandemic when you or your loved ones need to stay healthy.
For in the USA, it being lawful to make beer / wine by the 100s of gallons, but heaven forbid you make 1 drop of spirit is completely stupid and logically inconsistent. I really hope that the folks in here lobby their representatives because this...prohibition...is stupid...To the folks that are prohibitionists that see this post, we have a law that banned making your own hand sanitizer during a major uncontrolled and unprepared pandemic.
Think about it. Talk to your friends, be polite, come at it from a hand sanitizer perspective. There should at least be a law that provides an exception to making home hand sanitizer. I never ever would have been here and a pandemic was the cause.
Life, Liberty, and Pursuit of Happiness (Life said twice and louder for those sitting in the back).
