Pears

Hi anybody been doing pear mash ? I read somewhere it's have specific taste I found a few trees I would have maybe 60-80kg they are wild pears and they are Very very very tart but aromatic aswell I grab a bite of one but I didn't manage to eat it 
I tried one also from the floor they been more aromatic/sweet but still tarty as fuc*
