Hi.
I'm new to this but had a possible piece of advice.
I used to do copper plate etching/prints when in art school. This is all done with very thick ink on copper plates.
When we wanted to clean the plates really well we used cheep soya sauce and a paper towel and it takes an old brown sheet of copper back to bright pink! Non toxic and easy.
Not sure if this would be a bad suggestion for distilling BUT I thought I'd put it out there and see what people thought?
Cleaning copper with Soya Sauce!
