I think the wash got infected

I started a brown sugar + molasses wash about a week ago SG 1.090, pH 4.9 and have checked on it the first couple of days, all was going well. On the third day I added dead yeast and tomato puree and sealed it up until today. When I opened it just now I was greeted with an unpleasant smell that I can best describe as “feet”. The pH is at 3.4 and the SG at 1.020. If I let it air out a bit the feet smell is reduced. I believe this is to be an infection.
- Is there a way to still save this?
- Can I still let it finish, distill a few times in hopes of achieving a neutral product (for vodka perhaps?)
Thank you for your help!
