Hello from Norway distillers! Always wanted to get into home distilling and I finally got myself a pot still. Eager and ready to learn, I'm now really torn about what recipe I should make my first run with. Excited and intimidated about the amount of variables that go into this craft, wish me luck!

Welcome, my wife’s family is from Stjordal. She still has a lot of cousins in the area we visit.
