Wasn't sure where to post this, so picked this topic area... (mod to move as needed!!!)

Makes me want to try out a similar grain bill at home! :D

I bet that is tasty.. 30% rye.. it would be a sticky mash..

I'd personally cut back to 15-20% rye and then split the other part the grain mill with malted/unmalted if you like rye.. 10% rye if you like less
