Hello,
My name is Cris and live in east central Missouri. Took the last year to read all I could and my background in manufacturing processes and pass time of enjoying good liquor has led me to this hobby. My hopes are that can keep me entertained on into retirement. I am sure you guys can help me sort out the rough spots.
Goals for this year are quality neutral and then onto Gin.
