My better half has decided this is her favorite. I haven't got to try it. It's only 35 proof.
I tried making it with jello instant banana pudding. It was to thick to drink. However it was about the best banana pudding I've ever had. Lol
Thank you

This is one is a bit of an oddball, so you'll likely need to do a bit of experimentation; perhaps post up the recipe when you figure it out.
Off the top of my head...
It's a corn based product, so your base could be UJSM or a simple all corn mash. See booner's casual. Else use a neutral base.
Cream flavors in drinks are vanilla, and a banana essence (bought or made) should get you the basic flavor profile. Balance those to match whatever this thing actually tastes like and sweeten to taste.

I don't know that product but I'd think you grinding some banana, add your alcohol, I think it would work. The relationship between smoothie / alcohol determines viscosity, for this (to make a low ABV) I would think at water.

This is the recipe I found. It said banana cream pudding shots.
Ingredients
1 (3.4 ounce) package instant banana cream pudding
1 cup heavy cream
1/4 cup Baileys Irish Cream
1/2 cup vodka or banana vodka
2 cups extra creamy Cool Whip.
I used my Irish Cream and my banana cream liquor.
I might try it again and leave the heavy cream and cool whip out

I found a recipe (in Italian, my language) on a very reliable site. Speaks of the maceration of bananas in alcohol, then prepares milk, cream and sugar. Then mix with our banana flavored alcohol (after filtration)
