I'm new around here. I've always been interested in getting into the distilling hobby and now I'm considering it seriously. Look forward to learning from you all and contributing when I know something useful! I've really been into tiki lately and therefore rum - looks fun to make at home.
I used to homebrew beer about 10 years ago and did OK in the local competition circuit. I'm hoping that I'll be able to make some tasty spirits, but I know that I have lots to learn.
