I am glad to have found such a forum of like minded hobbyists, and, after many months of lurking, I am glad now to be a part of it. I hope to gain much, and share what little knowledge i have as well.

I operate a homemade copper pot still and most generally cook my liquor over a fire. I am not much for the science of it all, but rather like to learn by trial and error.

Despite my name, I operate in a small town in the Appalachians, West-by-God-Virginia.
