All right, I've got about 25 liters of ruhm low wines.
I want to make a spirit run out of it and I am wondering what would be the effect on the taste if I use some backest from a pear brandy I've made a few weeks ago.
Any one ever made such thing?
Rhum Spirit run with pear brandy backset?
