Hello from north Georgia

Well I wanted to introduce myself and share a little info.
I am a whiskey drinker and found the process interesting so I am trying my hand at this.
Currently I have a five gallon keg still with dephlegmator. Also have keg still with thumper arriving tomorrow. So looking forward to learning all the ins and outs of using these still efficiently. So any and all comments are appreciated.

This hobby really is not so much about making alcohol. But bottling opportunities to make memories with Friends and Family.
