Hi guys and ladies.
I'm new to the whole brewing/distilling game. i have a 30lt pot still with a thumper that I got from the ubiquitous Chinese marker.
so far I have made a few sugar washes and a couple of rice wines, nothing too exciting, as i mostly drink gin or flavoured vodkas, but i would like to make more exciting stuff hence my journey here.
mu most exciting brew has been making 15lt of cider into a kinda brandy, its resting as we speak.
Thats about it. hope to be speaking to some of you all soon.

Welcome Chessboss. This place is a great resource of information. Started out with a similar setup to you and soon after went the DIY route.
