Hey guys,

This is completely impractical, but fascinating none the less. The dude’s chemistry channel on YouTube is fascinating. Stumbled across this after watching some of his other videos.

Once he got to the distillation portion, it’s clear this is where he’s lacking a bit, but still cool to watch. Enjoy!

There's groups on Facebook that have been teaching people how to make shine that's only worth wiping your ass for years.

I dont know.... there's a joke there somewhere.

Do you know enough about chemistry to know that hes not "lacking a bit " in that department to.

Lol I know a bit about chemistry, but this guy is a genius by comparison. When I say lacking in the distillation portion, he’s an expert for other chemical distillations on his channel, it was more commenting on his inclusion of some of the nastier fractions.

Charmin's marketing dept. better be good.

As a matter of fact, this video describes just that process. Fortunately, it's much easier make by the hydrolysis of ethylene, a major petrochemical.
