Hooloo Distilling, anyone have any experience with them?

Hi all, I am currently applying for funding and sourcing equipment for a small commercial distillery.
I came across these guys - Hooloodistilling. They are a Chinese manufacturer, and seem to have a better website, schematics, and communication than other suppliers I have tried to work with.

Here is their equipment:

Any thoughts or advice on these guys would be awesome, cheers!

It's easy to see that they have blatantly stolen some design elements.
Also easy to see that some stolen elements are now more or less antiquated.

I'd ask em for a comprehensive drawing to make sure that the nuances are correctly engineered.

Many factories are good at replicating the aesthetic. But little to no understanding of vapor speed and pressures involved. That includes the factory with the most resources.

Ask em how many btu/h you'll need to throw at that kettle for a 20 minute heat up time. Ask em about how much cooling you'll need to throw at your PC.

Stuff like that.

What about the design elements here are antiquated?

Do you have a supplier you would recommend?

Do you have any thoughts with this? https://www.aliexpress.com/item/1005002 ... a6828d3dbb

With this boiler? https://www.aliexpress.com/item/4000498 ... 2a57XbGwMC

Trying to get this project off the ground with equipment that will do the job and wont cost the earth, funds are tight at this stage unfortunately.

Well the kettle for example has the antiquated reservoir design. It'll work.
It's just not fully exploiting available efficiencies with respect to heat up.
It'll work fine otherwise.
Sorry for being cryptic but I really dont want to assist copy cat factories.

Never heard of them. The price seems low for the amount of equipment shown I would do some more research to make sure the quality and the reputation of the company about delivery and follow up help. If you can find distilleries currently running the equipment would be helpful.

Firstly I'm sorry I saw this post a couple of months late. I bought a small boiler from Hooloodistil. I was blown away with the quality of the boiler which I use for vacuum distillation for gin botanicals. I think Hooloo Distilling is a company that doesn't know how to do marketing but can fabricate anything to do with distilling for a good price.
