Filing an Alcohol Fuel Plant Report TTB F 5110.75

So I was approved for an Alcohol Fuel Producer Permit under 26 USC 5181 for a small plant size. I have a question or two about filing an Alcohol Fuel Plant Report with the TTB. I know its a bit late but I tend to wait for the last minute and it may just have stung me.

Per the rules that Ive found, I need to fill out form TTB F 5110.75 each year. The report is filed on a calendar year basis and due January 30th. In other words ity is due TODAY. Hopefully, since the 30th is on a sunday, the feds will let the due date fall to the next business day like they due for taxes and such. This rule is found in 26 USC 5207. The rule says :
§ 19.720 Reports.

Each proprietor of an alcohol fuel plant must submit to the appropriate TTB officer an annual report of operations on form TTB F 5110.75, Alcohol Fuel Plant Report, for each calendar year. The proprietor must submit this report by January 30 following the end of the calendar year.

My question is that I have that I previously printed out something from the TTB that says you can file this report online using pay.gov but I cant find any link to submit that report on pay.gov. Has anyone done this and if so how do I get to the link?

My only other option is to mail it in And since its 11:30 PM on January 30th, I might have to resort to that option if this is still a requirement. I dont see any discussions or talk online on this forum about having to do it so either I am the first guy to have noticed this requirement or no one has ever asked about it before or no one has done it.

So whats up with filing yearly reports? Do you do it? Do you do it online and if so where and whats the link? Or do you just mail them in?

But of course. Or I should say I will be as soon as I make sure I know all of the rules and regulations I need to follow so I don’t get in trouble. I did call up the alcohol and tobacco tax and trade Bureau this morning and ask them the question about filing a report and they said there wasn’t any way to do it online. So I have to send the report in by mail which is what I did earlier today so I guess I had my question answered on that respect now all I need to do is figure out if my particular state has any special requirementsAnd that hasn’t been easy either. The Department of finance and administration in the state has a form for ethanol produced for individual use but that’s just so that you can pay the tax on any fuel you make for yourself. I still have to figure out what the rules are so in case somebody comes knocking I can be in compliance.
