looking for a chemical

Hi all,

I am working on a closed double boiler, I would need something that evaporates at around 130-160C in atmospheric pressure, that is not flammable, not toxic and that does not attack stainless steel and copper. Does that kind of chemical exist ?

Or is there such a chemical that when mixed in a given quantity with water would raise the boiling point to 130C, and when in a vapor state the mix would not be flammable ?
