First Timer

From Pacific NW. First time here. Beginner at distilling. Getting close to retiring and thought I'd try this in some of my spare time. Have made wine, beer and feel this is next step. Not sure where to start but here it goes. I'm not sure on what parts are called, so let's go with this. In process of finishing my pot. A little on large side roughly 30 Gallon capacity but figured going a lot less than that. Material stainless, acquired from a job site. Needed some slight mods which I've just finished. Custom made, all tig welded. was used as a filter canister to hold media. Next step thumper keg. Just acquired a stainless beer keg to convert to thumper. Have all the components for worm, just have to assemble. No idea how to go from there but gonna give it a try. I'm sure I'll be asking a lot of questions down the road. Want to say thanks for any and all help received later down the road.
