Is there a basic ratio for cracked corn to sugar to water and yeast. I read somewhere that if using corn meal its 1 to 1 to 1. Would it be the same for cracked corn TIA

No. Corn and sugar amounts can be altered from 100% corn to 100% sugar and any ratio in between. Basic ratio I follow is 2 to 2.5 pounds of corn per gallon of water with no sugar.
