Banana Cream Pudding
Has anyone tried making Banana cream pudding liquor? I'm trying to make a copy of Sugarland or Ol Smokey banana cream pudding moonshine. I have made a Baileys very successfully so I'm thinking of making that without the coffee or chocolate syrup and adding blended bananas. Let me know if anyone has a recipe or ideas!

Iv been playing around with banana ferments for a few weeks now. I have to say I was warned. It's not easy. And the banana flavor does NOT come through easy if at all. I haven't given up though. Like I said I'm a sucker for punishment. My next test is adding extract or flavours after fermentation or distilling . Not even sure if I'll be satisfied with that. BUT... there are always new things to be found and that's why experiments are fun. I would be very Interested in anything as far as advise or ideas you had to offer. I currently have about 200lbs of blackened ripe banana frozen, waiting for who knows? Any ideas someone may have.
