Hooked the whole thing up to one of them fancy inkbird gizmos what keeps the temp right. Bob's yer uncle.....works like a charm.
Normally I never worry about artificial heating or cooling, but this angel yeast seems to appreciate a little extra warmth.
It's not really a box Yummy....just a large Esky/ chilly bun/ cooler......, depending on which side of what ocean you live on. The lid can't be closed with the fermenter in it.....so I made a insulated false top using left over insulation from my house renovation with plywood on top of that. The insulation is foam rubber with silver foil type stuff on both sides. There is about 6 inches of water in the Esky which has an old fish aquarium heater in it.
