I've exhausted my resources looking - I thought I'd check with you all for any information that you may know of.
I am looking for a farmer, harvester of mature harvested desert spoon pinas. Looking for a connection in south/west Texas or northern Mexico that may do these in bulk.
I appreciate your help and welcome your suggestions.

So they take 15 years to get to mature yielding only one bottle of sotol per plant, and they grow on rocky cliffs.... Considering this imfo, it doesnt seem like it would be an agriculturally viable product to the point of being available in bulk; but maybe I'm wrong. Good luck with the search.

I suggest that you get busy growing seedlings while you go about purchasing enough acres of suitable land to grow them on.

What I have seen is the pina size is relative to the harshness of the land, but flavor is inverse. Kinda like grapes with wine I guess.
