Hallo everyone.
Residing in South Africa, I have some experience in all-grain brewing and basic distilling. I am crazy about hoppy beers and enjoy Gins and Whisky.
I enjoy experimenting and currently have an idea building a HERMS mashing system for Barley and also corn mashing. I use a 30l Grainfather, homebuilt mash tun and still. I have little to average electrical, electronic and mechanical skills.
I hope to learn much from other members on this forum and where applicable, contribute where I am able to.
