I get 3-4 companies every year asking about purchasing HD from me. Of course they will host it with advertising. I always tell them no, we're 100% ad-free and while it's not 100%, our users contribute to help offset the costs.

We have probably exceeded 1 million posts, for those who remember long, long ago when we were hosted on UBB. When we abandoned that, only a certain number of the best posts were brought over to the new forum, basically in a hasty couple of days of cut/paste.

I believe that's when UBB went commercial and we had to dump it.
