Cranberries
Greetings all. I just received 2- 6 gallon buckets (60 pounds) of fresh whole cranberries. I'd like to make some cranberry vodka or something new. Any advise or recipes would be appreciated. If I read the chart correctly, It takes 25 pounds of cranberries to equal one pound of sugar. does that sound correct?
