Sanke, triclamp and leaks

Howdy All,

I'm getting my thumper together. I'm using a keg. The 2" Sanke fitting for the thumper plumbing and a 4" triclamp for the cleanout. I got a couple of the envelope seals the PTFE on the outside with an oring on the inside. However, the gasket is too thick to get the 2" triclamp to go on the Sanke fitting. I can get the clamp on the 4" but it leaks. I have been pumping up to about 5 PSI to test the system and it makes bubbles with soapy water. I tightened the clamp pretty good, a few turns where I needed tools and it still leaked. I put the silicone seal that came with the 4" and it holds. The 2" works with the oring that came with it. So the surfaces are flat and sealable. The problem is getting it to seal with proper gasket material.

So, any help getting it to seal? Should I just crank down hard on the 4"? Can I get a wider clamp to work with the 2" Sanke?

On top of that, both of the copper unions are leaking. I think that is some cheap, crappy fittings. Grr.
