Regg, and Uncle Ray here.
IN Nebraska. We have had corn whiskey made and we want to start distilling our own being commercially viable. Don't know much but have been reading and watching all we can. we DO know dry mature sweetcorn been growing selling experimenting with it since early '70s. Hope to learn and pick your brains.

Welcome to HD. Glad it only took 2 tries. If the don't do it right the first time it some times takes a few more tries to they do it right. It's a necessary step to keep the spam off the forums.

Welcome OTC 🍻. I didn't know anything either,well maybe a little about some things. Lmao. But for sure my brewing and distilling were very uneducated. And look at me now. :D :D . I'm very happy to have found this forum.
Lots to learn here.

thanks all. Looking to start a business plan. Not sure how to do that I've been out of school too long. Anyone have advice or people who specialize in the initial steps? Also we are trying to fid researchers who have dug into sweetcorn genetics and sciences to know what to look for.
