Whoops this is my second post. I've been stalking for a while now. Working at a homebrew shop, i figure i might as well get some hands on.
Been fermenting lot's of stuff for a while and decided to get into distilling last year. I have a few whiskeys under my belt but am getting into gin/nuetral.
I love the technical mentality of this forum instead of the "just making booze" mentality of other sites. I'm excited to learn more!
