, looking forward to doing some grain mashes . We are completely off grid so bottle gas is our heating brought up by a quad, the last 50 meters is a ball ache.... Working on building a wood fired stove at the moment to run a 30lt modified still from Germany ( think it's a China import) to save money and effort . Just been making Absinthe, pastis, gin, some white dog, love the fire piss from t&T, and ferments from berries on the mountain. Have done a lot of macerating with medicinal herbs that grow freely here.I'm looking forward to being part of this community as retirement has freed up much of my time .
