Greetings from Wisconsin

Hello Everyone,
Thanks for letting me join. My Dad was born and raised in Tennessee. He later moved to Wisconsin to be near his brother, met my Mom and raised a family. He had a friend that visited Tennessee often, bringing back a jar or two for my Dad every trip. The smile on his face when he opened the jar! I’m a scotch/bourbon/Irish whiskey fan and I always said that when I retired I was going to try my hand at distilling. I’m in the process of building my first still, an electric beer keg pot still, and I’m interested in all-grain recipes, so let the reading begin!
