soy bean vodka, or have i gone too far?

I have 20 kg of soy beans i need to get rid of. Wondering if i can ferment them to make some kind of spirit... There isn't a lot of information about this on the internet but there is one commercial distiller that sells a soy bean vodka. Anyone got any input?
