Hello from the PNW!

Post by PNW Hobbyist »

Hi all-

I have been reading extensively on this forum and others around the web and decided to stop lurking and become an active member. I have made a sugar wash shine and also an apple brandy that turned out excellent. I used a blend of apples and pears from our orchard, pressed about 30 gallons of cider and have close to 3 gallons of brandy aged on oak that makes me excited for this years harvest! Looking to get into all grain this summer as well.

Thanks in advance for all the advice!
