Howdy all. I stumbled here looking for info. I've been making wine for a couple of years and have some thats a lil off as far as flavor, but some has 14% abv and I thought distilling it could save that alcohol. I started because I had so many tomatoes from my garden and remembered as a kid my granddaddy made tomato wine with them. Anyway I was searching for info about converting Anvil Foundry 10.5 into a still. I'm on a mission with a lot of reading ahead.
