Has anyone else noticed Hospitals are designed to be a maze.
It seems like there's no rhyme or reason for how the floor plan is set up?

Each growth phase has a different architect, and needs change phase to phase.
Oh, and don't forget internal politics

Every year I go for my annual mri, never ceases to amaze me what a gaggle fuk these places are turning into

Anything to do with visiting either seems to suck in my experience .
Working out where the frig to go for what punishment is part of the sole destroying admission to such places .

Keep your self fit and healthy as long as you can to keep out if such places

Having said that …… they fixed my medical issues . Necessary evils …… well nearly killed me first , but got there .

Working your way around the hospital while dragging a drip machine is part of the recovery process . Hell , you got days of pacing the floors . Can’t make escape too easy

I eat very healthy living with my gal.
It was bad luck got me. Clearing some land to build our house 3 years ago I inhaled a rare fungus and got blastomycosis. Usually fatal but by the grace of God caught it in time. Now I go back to this hell hole every year to keep an eye on a spot on my pancreas they found. All good so far.
So I'll drink to that.

Even here in Italy there are the same problems in many hospitals, especially if built many years ago....

I agree completely that hospitals and doctors suck. I can't stand to go to either one. I have to be so sick ... Almost on the verge of death to go to the doctor or hospital. I don't even like visiting but will make my self go if a sick family member or close friend is there. I find hospitals to be very depressing to say the least.

Lucky most of my checkups can be done at the doctors office. Our hospital has so many wings and different elevators for them. Also because of some of the patients that come in security is also an issue we deal with.

Problem is ( and notwithstanding an emergency or malignancy),,, in order to get real care here in the US, you have to budget for concierge medical care. So much of what ails Americans is evidently detectable with regular blood testing.

Men. If you don't get regular nightly erections during sleep and have minimal desire for physical intimacy,,,,,,get your ass to a qualified forward thinking physician. Mens health is directly linked to our plumbing functioning correctly.
If your body fat exceeds 30%, get your ass to a qualified forward thinking physician.

And for God's sake, if your physician is a fat ass,,,find a new physician.

One even has colored lines on the ground, different colors for different popular destinations to help people find things.

I just experienced that at a new refuse centre . Makes so much sense . Scrap metal , follow the yellow line . Domestic waste , red line etc .
