I've read all of the "required readings" for the site and am super eager to learn it all. I do have a few friends that own distilleries and hope to shadow a few runs if they're willing!

Hey everyone! My name is Gino. I'm new to the site. I own a brewery just outside of Austin, TX and am doing research on distilling to incorporate it into our current business model. Current focus is equipment design pros and cons, better understanding of the chemistry side (which is extremely interesting) and eventually recipe formulation. I'm looking specifically at gin to start.
